On Dec 2 2023 I was promoted to Black Belt by my long time training partner and coach Kane Gehling.

One of my biggest self achievements.
Thanks to everyone that has ever rolled, trained with or coached me (especially KG) and to my family for supporting me through many injuries and surgeries ????
It’s been a long ride.
